Refund and Returns Policy

Please order only if you need the product. We are a small company, non delivery of products hurts us very badly.

Do not accept the parcel from the courier company if the parcel is tampered or open.

Also make a video while opening the parcel and the box inside, without video no replacement will be given.

We need the video so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company , if there has been a theft.

Return Policy

It is very difficult for a small business to accept returns. We do not accept returns.

Defected item

If the item that you received is defected report to us withing 24 hours by sending an  email on [email protected] (We take 2 working days to respond), we will replace the product after receiving the product from your end.

Open Delivery

Open delivery of parcel is not allowed. Kindly do not fight with delivery boy for open delivery.

Warranty

We sell perfumes , there is no warranty or guarantee on any of the perfume. The use of perfume entirely depends on how you use it.

Replacement Policy

In case the product delivered to you is defected please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can mail us on [email protected]

For replacement

1. Please send us the product on our postal address: 2, Hazari Street, Woods Rd, Mount Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600002.
2. We currently don’t have an option for a reverse pick up and you will be responsible for sending the product to the above address. We refund the courier charges up to Rs 100 for sending the product back to us.
3. Once the product is cleared by our internal quality control team we will send you a replacement.

Refund policy

We don’t have a refund policy. In case the products are out of stock we will refund the amount in your bank account within 2 to 5 working days.

Non- Delivery

All orders are delivered within 7 days . If you have done prepaid payment and your order is not delivered within 7 to 10 days , email us at [email protected] within 15 days to inform about us about the non delivery.
